Please note that we will not process any registrations where:
i ) The registrant is not from a valid company
ii ) There are no valid contact details
iii ) The registrant is an individual/consumer
I have registered but haven’t received a reply yet?
We receive many registrations daily, which all have to be individually
vetted. It can therefore take up to 24 to 48 hours until you receive a reply
– Please bear with us
I have registered but can’t login?
You need to be granted access to the site in order to be able to login.
After you register, your details are sent to our registrations personnel who
will then appoint you membership. Only when this happens will you get access
to the site.
I have registered and have been granted access but I still can’t
see prices or place orders?
This could be due to one of two reasons:
i) You are viewing promotional products which have completely bespoke pricing
that can only be discussed via email or on the phone or;
ii ) The amount of information you have provided us when you registered is insufficient.
Omitting a valid company name or email address will decrease your chances of
full “wholesale” membership
Only “wholesale” members are allowed to raise orders online. Otherwise,
please contact us directly by email or phone for pricing, availability or to
place an order. Your membership level will be stated in our reply email once
you register.
Pricing & Ordering Information
Pricing
All prices on this site exclude VAT. Prices can be seen only be "wholesale"
members (see above). Otherwise non stock products i.e. promotional goods will
not have prices as these are bespoke and therefore priced on a per campaign basis.
Minimum orders
Minimum orders are confined to 1 x carton of any product – there is no minimum
order spend
Placing an order
Via this site
Depending on your membership level you will be able to raise purchase orders
on goods we have in stock. Once your order has been raised you will receive
confirmation by email and a representative will contact you to take payment
and depending on geographical location discuss deliver options. This makes the
ordering process very straightforward for you whilst ensuring we have all the
right information to process your order correctly.

Paying Options
Purchases can be paid for in the following ways:
1. By Cheque
2. Credit Card* or Debit Card - Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Solo
3. BACS or telegraphic transfer
*A 2% surcharge is applied to purchases made by credit card
